Through Rise Flow Rest, I offer soulful 1:1 sessions that incorporate your Human Design - a blueprint for how your energy works reflected back to you, reflections to help guide your journey back to yourself - whether that is post addiction recovery or just curiosity about deep diving into your Human Design chart.

This is also a space where I share my love for making jewelry - I will have small batch collections from time to time - whenever my Generator Energy sparks!
