The earring hooks I use are hypoallergenic. All stones / crystals are real unless otherwise specified.

Everything is ready to ship unless it is a made to order item. In those cases please expect 3-5 business days for me to make the pieces and then ship.

Some items can be customized, it really just depends what it is. I am open to occasional custom orders with a deposit up front. Please just reach out and we can discuss if your request is possible.
